Sun and Sand

For families who love to splash, Carlsbad’s official tourism website shared some tips on what to do in the summer, and where to go.

“Carlsbad offers up some of the best beach resorts in Southern California. One of my favorites is Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort, a boutique hotel with amazing views and beautiful, fully stocked rooms! Don’t forget to grab your swim trunks, bathing suits, and sand castle building tools! The resort is steps away from North Carlsbad Beach. Once you’ve mustered up an appetite, make sure to grab some grub at Las Olas Restaurant, one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. Make sure to try out their carnitas tacos!”
